Our approach, as a client-centric Functional Service Provider (FSP), is to focus on developing a relationship with our client, getting to know them and they get to know us. We share our knowledge and promote a collaborative approach to helping the client define what their needs are to achieve their goals, putting the client in the driver’s seat. The success of the project is measured by means developed by CPR and the client and are reviewed at specified intervals throughout the project. Our goal is to deliver the quality of service that will result in a long-term working relationship.
